Santa Barbara Public Transit

Public transit in Santa Barbara is provided by the Santa Barbara Transit District (MTD) agency.  It serves communities in the the city and the neighbouring communities of Carpinteria, Goletea, Montecito, Summerland and Isla Vista.

Regular one-way bus tickets cost $1.75.  Ten ride passes can be purchased for $11.50.
